ARTICLE 1 – SELLER INFORMATION

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION

The essential characteristics of the ordered product (type, quantity, color, size, etc.), sale price (tax included), payment method, and delivery information are shown to the BUYER on the Site at checkout and are also stated in the order confirmation email.

ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY INFORMATION

- The product is made to order (print-on-demand). Average production time is 2-7 business days.
- After production is complete, shipping time ranges from 3-20 business days depending on the delivery address (see the Shipping Policy for details).
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the BUYER at checkout, via the SELLER's contracted shipping carrier.
- Shipping cost is shown separately at checkout based on order total and delivery region.

ARTICLE 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER at projects@enterniva.com within this 14-day period, and return the product unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Return shipping cost is borne by the BUYER, unless the withdrawal is due to the product being defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, in which case the SELLER covers the full cost.

Once the returned product is received by the SELLER, the refund is made to the BUYER within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

ARTICLE 5 – WHERE TO SUBMIT COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS

The BUYER may submit any complaint or objection regarding their order to projects@enterniva.com. The BUYER may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their place of residence within Türkiye, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, without prejudice to any right to apply to the relevant consumer protection authority in their own country of residence.

ARTICLE 6 – ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing the order, the BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read this Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, have been informed of the product's essential characteristics, sale price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal described above, and confirms and accepts all of this electronically.

A copy of this form is sent to the BUYER's email address upon order completion.
