SHIPPING POLICY

NIVA products are made to order (print-on-demand) after you place your order. Because of this, total delivery time has two parts: production time + shipping time.

1. PRODUCTION TIME

Once your order is confirmed, our production partner produces and ships it within 2-7 business days. During high-demand periods (drop launches, promotions), this may take slightly longer — you'll be notified by email if there's a delay.

2. SHIPPING TIME

Estimated shipping time after production is complete:

- Turkey (domestic): 3-7 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- United States / Canada: 5-12 business days
- Rest of world: 7-20 business days

In total, expect an average of 7-20 business days from order date to delivery, depending on your location. These timeframes are estimates; customs processing, weather, or carrier delays may affect delivery.

3. SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.

4. TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number and tracking link by email.

5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For international orders, your country's customs authority may apply import duties or taxes. These charges are outside NIVA's control and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout. NIVA is not responsible for delays, loss, or extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
