These Terms of Service govern your use of enterniva.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICE

NIVA is a print-on-demand streetwear brand. We design apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, and related products) which is produced and fulfilled by our production partners and shipped directly to customers worldwide.

3. ORDERS

- Product descriptions, images, and prices on the Site are provided for informational purposes; minor color variations may occur due to screen display differences.
- Order confirmation is sent by email once payment is successfully completed.
- NIVA reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to stock, technical, or exceptional circumstances; in such cases, the full amount is refunded.

4. PRICING

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site (USD) and taxes/shipping fees are shown separately at checkout. Prices may change without notice; however, an order already placed is not affected by a later price change.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, logos, brand name, images, and text on this Site belong to NIVA. Nothing may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Site, you agree to provide accurate and current information and not to use the Site for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NIVA does not guarantee the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. We take reasonable responsibility for delays or issues caused by third-party service providers (shipping carriers, payment processors, production partners, etc.); however, NIVA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. RETURNS AND SHIPPING

Returns, exchanges, and shipping are governed by our separately published Return & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy.

9. GOVERNING LAW

As NIVA is a Turkey-registered business, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.

NIVA may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page.
